Eating Healthy when Traveling

I travel every week and focus on protein.
-rotisserie chicken
-4 patty protein style at In-N-Out
-grilled/blackened chicken
-McDonalds double quarter pounder no bun (their regular burgers are mystery meat)
-Teriyaki chicken at Panda Express
-just eggs for fast.
Etc.

Generally, when you try to buy what most places consider a “combo” you get mostly garbage.
 
I travel Monday through Friday for work with a work truck. I keep a backpacking stove in it at all times. I call this a ahitter steak and just add a vegetable tray from the store.
