Easy shredded bear roast

Wife has been using beef roasts for years with one can of french onion soup and a packet of au jus mix with cup of water. This all goes in crock pot and you shred it after about 8 hours. I substituted a bear roast and served the shredded bear on toast. It was really delicious. Worth a try for those with bear in the freezer.
 
My buddy got me hooked on this one for just about any meat but with bear meat it truly rocks!!!

-Put meat in the crock pot
-light sprinkle Lowerys seasoning salt.
-2 cans of diced up green chili's.
-fill pot with water until meat is covered

Cook till meat falls apart. Drain water and add a third can of diced green chili's.

Wrap up in tortillas with some cheese and enjoy.
 
That sounds really good too. Will try that one next. Bears on berries seem to be quite delicious.
