So how hard is it to be a opposing team fan at Lincoln Financial Field? Regardless of recent media, I was always under the impression that it’s probably the hardest place to enjoy a game being an opposing team fan. I know there is a ton of PA hunters on here, can anyone share any insight while still being somewhat child friendly?

I wouldn't go there. Don't come to Seattle either. As a Packer fan, I'd go to Chicago before I would go to either of those 2.
My son is a Giants fan. Probably more of a Barkley and Beckham fan. Anyway, we took him to the Seattle Giants game in Seattle last October. He was of course wearing a Giants jersey. I was expecting it to be pretty bad. He got one comment on the way in, but it seemed in good fun. During the game my wife took her coat off and she's wearing one too. haha. And she's not really even a football fan. Then the Giants won and I thought it'd get real bad. I was very surprised how decent people were. Even a few "congratulations" thrown towards my son.

Went to a Philadelphia flyers game around at 8 years old with my cousins and uncles, all wearing rangers gear. A couple 40 year olds got in mine and my cousins faces but nothing physical:ROFLMAO:

Just don't start a fight in enemy territory and you should be fine

A few years back when the Vikings played in Philly for the NFC championship I had some friends that made the trip. They were treated like shit. Spit on, things thrown at them, etc. Even a few just left because of the threats they were getting. Trucks were vandalized in the parking lots.

I am a huge Vikings fan and my wife is a Packers fan. We have made the trip to Lambeau for the VIks/Packers games and I have always been treated great. I take a lot of shit but none of its mean spirited, it's all in good fun.

Grew up an hour east of Philly. Was a fan for a while as a kid. The fans are tough at times. A lot of them go over the top. Heck they even threw snowballs at Santa.

Giants fans can be similar. Dad was an Eagles fan but was invited by my uncle to the Giants/Cards game. He bought a Cards sweatshirt just to rattle my uncle but the fans definitely let him know what they thought of it.

Became a Panthers fan when they entered the NFL. Lately I don't admit it freely. Its a trainwreck.
