So I have been using the Kifaru Sawtooth for almost a decade now and absolutely love it but... its heavy and bulky. All together shelter sleap system and stove are 14.5 lbs all in. I have been eying the Argali Rincon 2P and will probably go that route as 99% of my hunting is solo and 50% of it is late season so I like/need my stove.

I see that Dyneema checks all the boxes we like. Super light, durable, won't stretch, but I keep hearing/ reading it does not pack down well. Its a 5oz savings on top of the other benefits but if it takes up twice as much space as the SilPoly its not worth it TO ME.

My question is can anyone report on how much more space a Dyneema tent takes up compared to a SilPoly when comparing like for like tents?
