So here is my setup

330 Easton Hexx cut to 28” 7.9 gpi
100 grain tip
75 grain insert
3- 2” blazers 6 grains each
H nock 9 grains
Arrow weight- 423
Bow
Mathews z2 29” draw set at 70#
Around 280fps with these arrows

These arrows seem to be shooting great and I can get a bullet hole no problem through paper but it seems dynamic spine should be marginally on the weak side. My question is I bought some iron will impact collars to reinforce the weak point of my arrow but they are an additional 25grains up front. This is further weakening my dynamic spine but I am still shooting bullet holes through paper and grouping with them. Can anybody with Archers advantage or similar program let me know for peace of mind if I’m good to go with this total of 200 grains up front or if I’m far to weak of a dynamic spine?? Thanks in advance for any help.

according to AA, you're in the optimum spine zone, but on the weak end of it. adding 25 grains upfront just moves you a hair weaker, but not much

cut arrows to 27.5 and you're almost in the center with that 25 extra grains, or turn bow down to 68 - i'd probably turn bow down anyway and just see if it groups better

That’s awesome, thank you for doing that for me, somebody else ran it though the OT2 app and it said I was way too weak. This makes more sense tho as they paper tuned great.

no problem. you should sign up for aa. it's only $12 for a year, and it's a pretty cool program. i enjoying tinkering with diff setups in there

That’s not bad at all, I might have to do that. For some reason I thought it was way more than that

used to be 40. but now with the online subscription its 12 per year and i guess auto renews (not sure, my first year). i was always putting it off too. finally just did it - love it. course i have 2 bows, my wife has a bow, my dad...
