Duck boat Jack Plate?

Hey all. I’m looking for a manual Jack plate. The kind with a lever that you can adjust on the fly. I’ve seen a couple, but now that I have a boat I just can’t seem to find anyone who sells them. I know many are homemade, but I need one for a 40 hp 2 stroke so I was hoping to find one built for that. Any advice would be greatly appreciated thank you!!!
