Was curious what different methods people do to dry out clothes in the backcountry when not running a shelter with a stove? Any special tips or ideas?

Really all I do is in the bag with me if the weather is bad. If it's good then hang it over some brush. Just a bit of wind and no rain for a bit can dry clothes in a hurry.

In your sleeping bag with you overnight will dry it out a good bit.

Laying them between your sleeping bag and ground pad will also work. Put them between some layers of newspaper will speed up the process, just like newspaper in your boots will help draw out the moisture.

Never really had an issue with wet clothes, but I do air out my hunting clothes every evening by hanging them and when the weather is wet I just hang em in the tent with me or lay them on gear in the tent. But I am only out for 5-7 days before resupplying back at base camp. But I hunt in Sept/Oct. in Utah most of the time. Socks on the other hand I have had them soaked and carry 1-2 pair extra so I will always have a dry pair.
