Looking for experiences sleeping with these also what brand you use. I’m wondering if they just become a sweat box?

Goose feet. It's pretty much the only thing I added to my backpacking kit since I started backpack hunting. My feet are always cold before anything else.
I have no complaints after ~5years.
They just live in the same bags as our down quilts so I never forget them and they go from the loft bag to the compress bag.

And so far they’re the only manufacturer making some big enough for my feet.

I have wm booties and never sleep with them on. Bag and some good wool socks are what I count on....maybe a bodywarmer in the footbox or a warm water bottle.

I’ve got the Wild Things synthetic down booties, pretty sure they use Primaloft Gold. I’ve slept in em when cold and used em when I’ve got to walk out the tent for the late night leak. No complaints.

I use the feathered friends with a shell cover. Good for late night bathroom runs. Can take the shell off before going in the bag. Kick em off once feet are warm. Will slip them on for a glass session in cold temps. Throw a handwarmer in to turbocharge the warmth. I love mine

When tent camping, I've been sleeping with a pair of down booties each fall for the past 10+ years...excellent. They were gifted to me and don't have a tag. Nothing fancy, no exterior sole...essentially they're down socks. I have an excellent WM bag (Badger), but wearing the down booties/socks over my light weight liner socks works great for me. I typically have two pairs of wool socks hanging on a line in my tent, which I rotate between each day.

Side-note...I did a personal field-test of the new KUIU down booties during an 11-day remote tent hunt in September this year. They were a great addition to my line-up. I wore them as a welcomed brief break option for my feet when wearing knee-high insulated boots all day, e.g., sitting and glassing, sitting in the tipi, etc. They were really great for me and worth the price! That said, they would be way too much for me to wear in my bag at night.

I do believe First Lite has a pair now. I don’t remember the name of mine but they are awesome. I wear them at night whether I’m using my quilt or sleeping bag.

I have a pair from FF, I use em in my zero degree bag when it’s well below zero. Works great in those conditions but I don't bring em otherwise

@700MtnMan Sole durable enough for using around camp? I have a guide discount so think that'll make it easier to swallow but still a fair chunk of coin for a nice to have item hahah

^^ This. Have the WM booties too -they're amazing. My feet are always the first thing to get cold. However, I've found a bodywarmer thrown in the footbox with dry wool socks is better than wearing them to bed - they just take up a lot of footbox volume.

I'm a huge fan. I have generic ones from Amazon and think they work probably just as well. Pro tip. Throw a pair of feet warmers in there before bed. You'll be toasty all night.

I have the Enlighted Equipment booties, synthetic insulation. I don’t wear socks if I’m wearing them, if not I wear dry socks to bed. Not sure on your bag length, but I have found a significant increase in warmth if I put clothes down the foot box to cut the space I have to warm.
