Dot size for small game?

Looking at a rmr in 1 or 3.5 moa for a short barrel supressed mark iv.
Want some advice as to what you think would work better.
Most all shooting will be fairly close due to pistol limitations.

I would go with a 1moa for hunting but it also depends on how good your eye sight is. I prefer a dot as small as possible for pistol hunting especially on squirrels just because they aren’t exactly a big target.

I agree, go with 1 moa. Red dots aren’t the most precise but the smaller the dot the better.
