Excellent Article, well written and factual, mind if I steal it for inquiring client wannabes? All too often people are in "vacation mode" when they show up and they just nod and say yes with glazed over eyes instead of paying attention to the handsome and personable instructor trying to make certain his llamas return alive from the back country.

The old military adage of 1. tell what you're gonna tell em. 2. tell em. 3. tell em what ya told em. rings true. Even then it can turn into a circle jerk at times.


Not sure about your gear list though, my wife doesnt make the kind of money yours obviously does...
