Man I thought Texas was bad for coyotes but nope, Idaho has to have it beat.
Had to take care of these guys today, came in to a cow call.
They’ve run off a herd I was hunting the last couple weeks. Hopefully they come back.

Crazy the creed exploded then so much at such a close range.

22 creed 18inch 1:8 twist 80gr Hornady ELDX
Ranges were 30-50 yards.

Exactly didn’t mean to haha, was down wind on the backside of a mountain and they popped over, was using a high pitch call though.

Nice! I can’t think of a better call that works all year on all sorts of animals - I give out cow calls to the young hunters in the family.
