Dobermans are known for skin allergies from chicken, we have had great luck with Fromm and Purina Pro Plan as I mentioned.

Knox gives it a 2 paw rating. Of course he would rather have the 3 day old fried chicken I’m eating

Science diet, the smaller bites, very small almost like for smaller dogs - cook some chicken and rice and add that to it.
