Of all the tuning that folks convince themselves that matter, fletching your arrows against the natural rotation is the only thing that actually changes the arrow rotation in flight.
I don’t think it is enough to matter at normal hunting ranges, but it’s energy lost. Since I don’t like the thought of losing that energy, I fletch mine the way it wants to go.
Bottomline is, do what makes you happy and gives you confidence. Just be sure and do it the same way everytime.
