Does anyone waterproof there pack?

Just curious if anyone seals there pack to try to help keep gear dry? Something like a silicon spray

I use dry bags, comp sacks, and/or contractor bags for the most part. Will probably be switching to a SO pack soon and, barring complete immersion, will probably still use the sacks for organization and let the X-Pac do it's thing.

seek outside pack with trash compactor bag liner and waterproof compression sack for sleeping bag. no other sealing or waterproofing used.

Contractor bags worked in the Marines and they still work quite well!!
