Does a new arrow setup require a new tune?

I shoot through paper every couple months just to make sure everything’s good. Zero equipment excuses.

Nope, but it does change tune by adjusting things on my arrows like point weight, spine, brand etc. Even individual arrows occasionally need nock tuning to shoot correctly. Again just my experience, I don't discount that you had a different experience.
