The Nikon HG's are awesome! Filled both my tags and my freezer. Thanks again to Nikon and Rokslide. The HG's on a tripod were a game changer for me and I had my best big game season to date. I'll post a review later in the optics forum.

I have been very close to pulling the trigger on these bins more than once, how you liking them?

I think they are fantastic! Before winning these binos I'd only ever owned binos in the $300 range, and the nicest ones I had looked through were Zeiss Conquest HD standing outside a Sportsman's Warehouse store. I have very little experience with high end optics. The HG's are incredibly clear, fantastic in low light, my eyes never felt fatigued, and I found I didn't need to refocus often which was a surprise to me. I hope that helps. My biggest take away from this is that high end optics are worth the money.
