I didn't know "we" were supposed to be mad at them...meanwhile people raving over their PRC lines so I'm assuming it was just a spat more than a break-up

Not a fan of the brass I got from them. Don’t hate them though.
Same...brass has been subpar. I got in a pissing match with one of their techs over obvious manufacturing defects. Finally they made it right but they argued and a 20% defect rate isn't me being picky. I've been happy with their bullets though I only use them for targets and vermin these days.

Between Harry’s, Gillette and Dollar Shave Club, no one will let me buy a razor anymore. haven’t shaved in 3 years. Are bullets next!? lol

Show me the man, and I’ll show you the crime. Bottom line you could find fault with every product in America if you dig deep enough. Case in point, Alyssa Milano boycotted Tesla and switched to a VW which was founded by Nazis lol. It’s getting ridiculous.

Pretty much every hospital in the US had vaccine mandates. Will that keep you from going to the hospital? If the answer is no, you can keep buying Hornady.

And I am gleefully unvaxxed and against mandates.

It’s sad the whole workforce didn’t walk out together.
You know why they didn't right?

Everyone is tough on the internet, until its their own paycheck they have to walk away from. The fact is the vast majority of Americans value money over all things. They'll happily subject themselves to almost anything, for the right amount of money.

Add sierra to the list. The team that designed and produces the tipped matchking bullet line says happy holidays instead of merry Christmas. Don't support the tmk bullet line.

This, and a long rant dragging them through the mud, deserves its own sticky thread. At least until I get a few thousand stowed away.

Interesting.
I had a case head separation shooting their premium 9mm defense ammo and called them about it and they didn't seem to give a rip.
Sounds like Hornadeagh really doesn't care.

The 300 H&H I had was .020 short at the case head/shoulder datum. Half or more of them separated the second firing. Remington, Norma, and WW are within .003. They shot well the first time though. Haha. Really happy with most bullets, however I do struggle getting the SST to shoot in my 7-08.

Therein lies the biggest problem I have with it. Holding your livelihood hostage making them conform to this fraud COVID "vaccine" Fauci mandate, which is exactly that....a complete FRAUD.

Anyone who mandates this is a coward.

I have a buddy that works there. Employee communication was great during this time according to him. Hornady was doing what they had to do but was never going to force employees unless the government mandates forced them to.

People are going to believe what they want but I feel very comfortable buying their products and supporting them as a company.

until the newer hornady (whore nah dee) came around and made some accurate factory ammo that could run with federal premium or even fusion...I was definitely not a fan, but they've got their poop in a group on at least the newer 21st century stuff I like and now I'm a hornady whore (or hornady hoe), 6.5 Grendel and Black Eld-m all the way, keep 1000 rounds handy, I'd be all over it in Creed if plaid and manbuns were my thing ;)

not sure if I'd be shooting it if still running a 20th century cartridge, my fav was the .270 win for a long time and would shoot fusion in some, 140 accubonds in others but even federal went douche and dropped the nosler goodies, good time to send them .270's packing, not everyone is gonna reload, these days it's optional as sub-moa accuracy is so much easier to find off the shelf than the old days

my employer did the dance also and left some outs so the awake could keep going, it sure will be something to watch this all play out though, violating Nuremberg and human rights won't be forgotten, hope some of the better companies that crossed the line will survive the criminal stuff coming but may be harder to survive civil stuff if anyone injured or killed and got the shots post policy and coercion, the elephants are not only there and not going away but they are getting bigger and bigger by the month
