I have a light palma contour on a 6.5 Sherman and I’ve been happy with it, especially at a 26” length. My 20-22” barrels tend to be medium palma.

Bart 3B ish would be my vote. Coming from another 7 SAUM user, why going 26"? I have a 21" Proof pushing 168 VLDs at 2960 fps w/ H1000. Maybe it's just me but that's more than enough juice for anything in the lower 48 (minus grizz) and its a pleasure to carry around in the backcountry.

Who chambered it? Looks really nice although I've never seen any correlation on target.

Local guy does mine, the pics were just showing difference in bore finish. Current Bartlein, at 450 shots and .100" of throat erosion is shooting better than any barrel I have had.

Where are you guys finding such magical barrels? I have been looking for a Bartlein 3B (or comparable name cut bbl) in 6mm 7.5 twist for months and can’t find one.
