You can buy a duck stamp online, print off a temporary that is good for 3 weeks until your actual stamp arrives in the mail. Buying all the stamps is a futile effort.

It was/is really cool when a “conservationist “ is buying up a ton of them to give away when you buy merchandise from him.

If NR hunters are so concerned about tag allocations, start working to improve habitat, migration corridors, funding over-passes, fencing projects, etc. etc.

Screw Wy.

Go 100-0.

Pay for your own crap.

They don’t want to do that they can’t do much with 9.5 million from resident license sales.

Just a nice reminder of who is actually paying for all the things buzz likes to talk about. I’ll save you the time of clicking on the link as well. It sure as hell ain’t residents.
That must be some type of fake news or misinformation campaign by the whiny NR hunters because the consistent message from the WY resident hunters is they don’t need anything from NR hunters, including NR license revenue. That $43.5 mil gone and zero NR tags with no impact WY conservation.

Well at least you don't try and fluff it up.

The way I see it the resident hunters are being used as a pawn to get the 90-10 passed.

Shortly after that they will find out that the 5% goes to the big landowners and outfitters.

Later they will find out that the same group will be cutting into the 90%.

In the end, residents are gonna be the ones that loose the biggest.

Hopefully, they just give Buzz's tags to outfitters.
