DIY XPAC backpack bag build (w/pictures)

Just finished sewing up another backpack bag and thought I’d share some photos.

Fabric is XPAC 42 and it fits in an external frame.
Went with aquaguard zippers to compliment the waterproof XPAC fabric. It’s definitely not submersible, but it’s highly water repellant so I don’t need a rain cover and the XPAC isnt supposed to soak up water like Cordura or PU coated polyester. It came out right about 7800 cubic inches and weighs it in at 3.5 lbs! Overall pretty happy with how it turned out!
