Id be real interested in one of those chairs too if you start making them. I don't know why Kifaru stopped.

Working on some projects, maybe too much in the same time!Work in progress on a hybrid camp bag with some pouches on front, having problem to understand how to sew the bottom lol, just don't know how...
Did a small pullout pouch but did a error on the cutting angle, nice but looks weird with the straight ends.
Its learning things each time on the sewing machine, learning on my own.

That's really cool. I haven't wanted to carry one of those fancy camp chairs, but I already have hiking poles so the added fabric wouldn't be to heavy.

thanks man

To avoid the pucker, mark the bag and the bottom every 90 degrees. Start with the lines aligned, and sew to the next mark...making sure it is aligned by the time the needle gets there. This will help you avoid a big pucker showing up at the end. When I made a Docking pocket I actually ended up adding 1-1/2" to the ends (vs what I thought they should be) to get everything to line up correctly. Both ends needed the extra, so you might try sewing a scrap one up first.

Reaper, nice job. I wish Kifaru used those more waterproof zippers on some of their stuff like you did. I would guess their zippers are mil spec and very durable in sand, mud, etc....but they are not very waterproof/resistant.
