Pre Bass Pro Shops Cabela’s. That store is a shell of its former self now.

Basically just a clothing store for yuppies whose outdoors adventures occur in city parks but they gotta look “outdoorsy” so they look the part for their friends.

Is it that easy? I tried Dark Timber’s similar product and it just doesn’t make near the quantity of coffee for the same amount of input. I figured BRC had something technological going on, like a blend of traditional and instant coffee or something.
Possibly, but if you’re packing the bags you can adjust the quantity of grounds/ bag. All I ever do is 2 tablespoons into the tea bags that seem to the same material as a drip filter fold staple shut with and office stapler and toss into a zip lock bag.

Some of my old sitka stuff is reaching end of life-

Jetsream lite vests and jackets were fantastic. I don't want to try something new. They worked and fit perfect as since 2017

Not necessarily a product…but for the love of all things holy, bring back the mechanical lever 4wd for engagement. Not that electrical switch solenoid bullish!t. Both my Jeeps have it. A 2004 and 2018. My 2011 Tacoma, nope. Damn solenoid is going.
And E-Brake.

Amen to this
It took me a long time to convince a dealer that I wanted a manual 4x4 shifter and a lot longer to get one. I put my truck in/out of 4wd fifteen to twenty times week. Very glad it’s a lever and not a button.

So….I had a camo beanie made by Under Armour that was micro fleece with a silky smooth spandex type of liner on the inside. This made it so you could layer it under another hat without ever feeling a burning hot spot sensation from your hair getting all mashed in one spot. I used to play football (long before owning this beanie), and honestly, this would’ve been great for cold weather games. It was tight and low profile enough to be worn under a football helmet if need be.

It also fit my dome perfectly (maybe because I just wore it so much). It wasn’t one of those “not nearly deep enough” types of beanies that feels like it was made for a child- I didn’t have to keep yanking it down to cover my ears, but it also didn’t cover any part of my eyes at full deployment either. It was thin enough to fit comfortably inside a hard hat during a cold day at work, and still warm enough that I rarely needed any additional hat to stay warm.

I believe I have lost it for good now, and all the current products are shaped much differently, made of a thicker fleece material, none have the nice spandex liner material on the inside. They are always either so loose that they allow a draft around my ears, or so small that I feel like I’m wearing one of those stupid rainbow skull cap thingy’s from the movie UP with the little propeller on the top.

JUST wondering…
A) if anyone knows of a comparable product to replace my beloved UA beanie as described above
…and
B) What is your most-missed discontinued hunting/outdoor product that you wish was still available?
What made it so much better than the current alternatives?
I was in a similar situation as you. I have a Duluth trading merino beanie they discontinued. I lost it for a couple years. I recently found it in a random tote.

I tried a few replacements. And actually haven't gone back to it. The Kuiu ultra merino 145 is my go to now. The firstlite 150 aerowool is a a bit heavier but my second choice now.

The Kuiu is very light and fits under a ballcap easily.
