Digiscope phone adapter for spotting and rifle scope

I'm looking for a good universal digiscope phone adapter that will work for my phone with both my spotting scope (vortex viper HD 20-60 x 80 with 50mm eyepiece) and my rifle scope (vortex viper HD 5-25x50 with 40mm eyepiece). Any suggestions please!
