Dialed Pruf

Anybody looking at the new sight that Dialed released? I like some of the features like the multiple dials being on at one time, the light weight, and the flexibility of the indicators, and the ability to have the yardage tape inside your riser even though it’s on a wheel. I messed with an arxos at tac and it seemed to be super high quality.

I really was underwhelmed honestly. My B3 Exact Rize Hunter has a dial on the wheel and a normal sight tape (options for metal too), multiple indicator pins, made in US. Substantially less cost. It's not perfect but for the price it might be the best out there. The pins need improvement on the B3 but every year they make it better.

That looks like a pretty nice sight. I shoot the black gold pro with a 3 pin horizontal housing and it has dual indicators, pretty similar to yours.

I love that sight but I do shoot a different arrow for target and hunting and sometimes I’ll practice with a different arrow. I always thought it would be cool to have different wheels, two on at once would be a neat feature for me. I had a uv housing with a slick built in light, that’s a cool feature of the pruf. I can currently only have two indicators and I have been wanting a third. There’s only a few sights that have 3 adjustable indicators.

The 3 pin vertical configuration has always seemed cool to me but the horizontal with multiple indicators works great so I’ve never changed. The pins on the dialed would have to be pretty money to work better than the black gold pins, I think they’re perfect.

The new sight solve no problems. Dud of a launch IMO. There are plenty of sights that do the same thing this now does.

It looks cool but I feel they have missed an opportunity by not having vertical pins that can be adjustable. I've used my Arxos since May 2023 and I've killed a truckload of animals with it and my only real complaint is that the pins are fixed, so with my current arrow speed my gaps are 20m, 42m and 56m. I'd ideally like something closer to 20/30/40 or similar.

Not the end of the world for me as I've been successful with what I have, but it just seems like a missed opportunity. I was holding out for a new Arxos 'mag' with adjustable vertical pins but now I'm half inclined to just buy something else entirely.

Yeah I think the boonie is the only adjustable 3 pin vertical with 3 adjustable indicators. I think if I was going vertical that would be my choice. For 3 pin horizontal or fixed vertical, I feel like the dialed looks great on paper, seems to be the lightest with the most features. I was all but decided on a hha max ryz rx3 before this.

Why do you prefer the 3 pin vertical over 3 pin horizontal? I’ve considered switching a few times I just can’t think of a reason other than clearer sight picture.

IMO the only issue I see is the price point. The UV, Canyon Pounder, and Dialed are way over priced. Those three don't solve anything that a Spot Hogg, MBG, or HHA dont do at a lower price point. More power to them to sell them at that but they might actually make a dent on market share if they were $100 cheaper.

I agree about this. I only want a new sight so bad because I’ve had my mbg pro so long. The dialed checks all the boxes for me for functions and weight but it’s at least $100 more than the comparable options from the other high quality American made sights. I may wait on a sale or something, it’s more intriguing to me than the canyon pounder or ultraview.

I think that this sight fixes all the problems that the Arxos had. I’m not sure if I will move away from my Spot Hogg…… but looks like it should be a good sight

I would agree with that. Looking at the pictures Dialed has with their multiple head configurations now I think thats a step in the right direction for them. Having set pins never makes sense to me and I would think would limit sales.
