I'm going to be doing backpack cardio every morning at Green Mountain. I've been going at 6, but that can change a bit if needed.

We will be meeting at the dog park paring lot by 470 and Almeda Parkway tomorrow at 6 AM if anyone is interested.
 
I'm good to do it on Saturdays if thats the onky day you can make it. I did Rampart Range this past weekend on Saturday and it was a good change of pace
 
I'd like to join you guys on a weekend day for sure. It would be great to meet some Rokslide members from the area. I'm in Colorado Springs but could make it up there for a 6am start.
 
I can't make it tomorrow but I'll try for another day this week. I'm a rookie to all of this so hopefully I can keep up.
 
Wow. That is fast! Good work. I was wondering if you guys ran any portion of that trail to average 3mph. Not sure I could keep up at that pace. Will try though and if not, hope to get to coffee shop before you finish your bagels :)
