Hell, I'm all in for the Excaliibur and I don't even own one.

I just purchased the cosori 6 tray. Was rated comparable to the excalibur and stainless.
Doing like you trying to get serious about weight loss and budget.

Looking at making my own jerky snacks for work and dehydrated fruit...the 3 am gas station runs by techs are killing me

That LEM posted has more surface area and is all stainless steel at even money to the Excalibur. The warranty is good, but being able to get evey part on it at grainger is better.
