Deck Material Recommendations

What was the pour depth? Rebar or wire mesh? Any structural details?

I poured stem walls on the perimeter, filled interior with sand, compacted then poured a standard 4" slab with 6-6-10 remesh

I speak from 30 years of building decks, replacing decks, etc. when I built my last home for myself It's all stamped concrete. No sealers, no stains, just a little color when we poured. 12 years now and it has zero rot and maintenance is a leaf blower. Not nearly as ascetically pleasing to look at as a wood / composite deck but I sure like the plus sides!
