Dead mouse in my truck

I had an dead animal smell in my garage last week. I thought sure a mouse or rat got in there and died. Turned out it was a bird that I hit and got jammed up in front of my truck. I never even knew I hit it.

Did you ever find it? Hope it didn't chew on anything before it died. Father in law just had one chew the coil pack harness on his brand new truck.
