Brother bought me a few pairs for Christmas, I go through socks like crazy. I like to wear wool socks year round... Feet don't stink as bad as when I wear cotton socks. And I love them haven't worn a pair out yet

What are some good 1's to buy? I don't like those that come up to my ass or my knee that some do. Just a normal crew. Padded Does sound good

i used to wear smartwool but have switched to darn toughs, the guarantee is enough for me and the smart wools just did not seem to last.
i prefer padded

These are the cushion hikers I have. Normally wear romeos for work but in cold weather I have some 8" Irish setter insulated boots and the socks are about half inch-inch above my boots.

How do you really know what each sock really is. Man they got several lol.

They ever run sales? Shew 16-24$ per pair kinda cringes me but I like they are USA made and lifetime warranty

Don't know if it's still up but they had a 3 pack on mass drop a couple weeks ago but I don't recall what model it was. I want to say it was $35 for the 3 pack, I almost got them but still have not worn the original 2 pairs I bought out.

I love mine. After using a bunch of other types over the years Darn Tough socks are all I'll be buying going forward. I've occasionally seen sales/discounts either on massdrop.com or socksaddict.com but they are still going to be expensive. After I tried them I realized they are worth the price; I'd pay full price even without the lifetime guarantee. With the guarantee its a no brainer for me.

I get a lot of mine from there. I've pretty much outfitted my whole family of 6 with Darn Tough! I love their running low cut running socks and various cushioned boot socks.

The mountaineering otc are the ones I wear all week at work. The hunting cushion crew are good too, little thinner than the mountaineering sock.
