Govx.com has good prices. I wonder how the Ranger or USMC version stacks up against their civilian counterparts. Does anyone have any experience with each?

Got mine on amazon. Best socks I have ever hiked in. First time I didn't need liners. They are very tight and stay tight.....almost like a compression sock.....I feel this is the reason I didn't get any hot spots on my elk hunt...no loose sock to rub. Love em

Bought 1 pair for my labor day weekend hunt. Got home and ordered 2 more pair. I can't believe I waited this long to jump on the band wagon. Amazon is where I've found them cheapest too. I have prime though which helps out with shipping costs.

I bought 6 pair from mountain gear. I bought the over the calf ultra light. They were excellent socks for early season hiking in Colorado. I could use these in colder weather as me feet usually stay warm anyway. New boots, new socks, no blisters. The socks stay in place too, no sliding down inside my boot. Thanks for the recommendation.

Up here I think most of us up here get them at Barney's sports chalet in Anchorage.
Barney's actually has a decent price on these. I used Amazon before I found they carried them. I alternate between the Darn Tough and the First Lite socks. Its nice to have good socks! :)
