Yes, good boot, but way to heavy for hiking.

Good boots for the price you can get them for, but not what I'd wear in the mountains personally. Little too much flex and not enough ankle support. Good work boot and for stuff on flat ground.

Yes, good boot, but way to heavy for hiking.

I agree. Seem to be very good for trekking through rough terrain for short distances. Fairly comfortable and durable but definitely heavy for all day hiking.
