I’ve had 2 pairs of Danners, High Grounds and Pronghorns. Both have held up well and been comfortable. But both have become quite mushy after 2 weeks of hunting. I’m wondering if anyone has tried the East Ridges. I want to know if they will offer more support in the long haul.

Nope. Not much support at all. I have the east ridge that I bought for ice fishing places that I need to hike in to. I’m in Colorado if you want to put hands on them. I picked up some crispi west river that I’ll probably start using instead, mainly because I needed to size down and they’re a little more supportive. I have used the pronghorn in the past.

Did you have trouble with the fabric lace loops tearing on your High Grounds?
