I have 4 sets of torches in my shop. I hooked up a set to cut some today and apparently 2 of the oxy gauges wont work properly. One set is a victor, the other an airco. Very good quality gauges. I used an old Taiwan set from a yard sale to get me through go figure.

Can I rebuild those gauges?

Take them into a welding supply store and they should be able to re build them for your. How old are the gauges? Victor quality control has been slipping a little bit in the past few years IMO.

I had a victor O2 regulator go bad about 2 years ago. Took it too the local Matheson (Linweld) store and the service fee and parts were 75%+ of a new Matheson (rebranded victor) regulator. Plus to have it repaired it had to be sent off.

The problem was it never restricted any pressure. It was wide open out of the tank.

The victor gauges are about ~6 years old. The airco are ancient
