Custom Built Rifle

I have an opportunity to purchase a Clymer Sheep Hunter Series rifle built on a Howa action in 7mm Rem Mag. while I really like the looks of the rifle it appears the company went out of business. They are/were located in Quakerstown, PA. Does anyone have any information on these rifles? Thumbs up or down? Any information would be appreciated!

I wonder of they got bought out by or have anything to do with Gunwerks as they have a rifle called the ClymR

Unless you know more, I wouldn’t buy a custom built on a Howa. I have two custom rifles and my other two rifles are Howa. I like them a lot. But unless it is cheap and you know it’s awesome, you are probably better off putting money somewhere else.

So many other amazing options out there.
