Sounds like the legal fees would likely be paid by CPW. Wonder why they didn’t ask for resignations.I skimmed the complaint to find the requested remedy.

As someone who has had some family members get involved in litigation, it is always painful and tedious, since they are not paid employees, I’m not sure if CPW will foot the bill, those named in the suit might have toI’m perfectly happy for them to be held accountable in any form, just wish it was more personal discomfort.
