May be not related to the lawsuit but I believe Colorado constituents should demand a committee hearing in the State Senate or an investigation from DNR.

As someone who has had some family members get involved in litigation, it is always painful and tedious, since they are not paid employees, I’m not sure if CPW will foot the bill, those named in the suit might have to
