Also, when did your paperwork get to the ATF? They cashed my check around the 3rd week of January and they say my background check is still with the FBI. Thought I would have had the stamp back by now.

I’m going 7 SAUM.

I want to say I got charged early March. Got a note that the scanned copy of my trust was missing a page in mid Oct so the ATF was just processing then. Maybe I shouldn’t be expecting it any day.. Sucks you’ve been waiting that long.

Thanks for sharing your story man, it’s good for people to understand the work that went into becoming proficient. Been seeing an unfortunate increase in people who think they can shoot 5-700 without learning the craft just because others do. Last time I went shooting on BLM I ended up with some other guys getting sighted in for their elk hunt where “typical shots are 6 or 700 yards”. The guy took about 20 shots to hit my 12” gong at 400 yards.
