Cuddleback distance advice

Hey Folks,
Anyone have advice on camera distance out west for a Cuddleback system? I won a 4 camera set up in a raffle, 1 home, 3 links. I was wondering what I could expect along a western face of a mountain with dense tree cover.

The biggest thing I’ve found with cudde is camera height position. Try and get it thigh high and as parallel to the ground as possible. Make sure u check card after a few pics to make sure ur perfectly centered. I can get deer walking at 25 yds.
