Cabela's Lightweight pants

When the wind picks up, I reach for an Outdoor Research balaclava. It's windproof.

Not sure what temps you see in that area but when it gets into the teens and single digits or colder and the wind howls...

Based on the two winters I spent in Lawton, I'd be focused on keeping the wind out. The only thing I see on your list that does that is the Solitude bibs, and I'm not very familiar with them. Code of Silence might be a good place for you to look.

No, I have the Zone 7 Dialed In bib…it’s warm as shit, and the wind blocking is legit.

That's not super cold. As the other poster is talking about, I'd focus on good windproof layers. 31 degrees at the bottom end isn't bad at all.

I’m a little ways west of there. It certainly gets colder than 31* in November and December. Low 20s are regular with cold fronts and teens are not out of the question. This past season certainly wasn’t “normal” — extremely warm. As others have said, wind is your biggest enemy. Are you blind hunting, spot and stalk, sitting in a tree stand, or other? That matters, for sure.

Of course, no this past season was certainly “not normal”. I’d be blind/tree stand hunting.
