Did you need a larger size?
I have a pair of Thor 2's in 12 if your interested in a swap.

I do need a larger size, these 11.5's are a little small, and the 12 Wide's I tried have a little too much volume, I think a 12 would be spot on for me. I'd like to stick with a softer flex boot like the Guide/Kenai, I think the Thor is stiffer than I'd prefer for where we hunt.

I don't find the Thor to be stiff. Honestly it's less stiff to me than the Idahos I have.
