I'll start by saying I'm ignorant, but bear with me. I've seen in various ads over time the phrase, "$xxx net to me shipped tyd". Does this mean the seller wants $xxx and the buyer pays shipping and/or any payment type fees? Or does it mean the asking price includes shipping? Thanks for any insight.

Net to me = buyer pays fees on CC or paypal transaction or pays by check or money order
Tyd = seller covers shipping.
