Considering a credo 2-10x36 ffp in moa. Checks a lot of boxes for a compact light weight ffp scope that dials elevation. I searched the site and didn’t find much info on this specific optic. Anyone have any experience with this optic? Interested in zero retention and accurate elevation adjustments.

I really liked everything about the scope, except the reticle. It’s a typical very thin tree reticle. The entire tree lights up with illumination. Great for Christmas, not great for shooting in my opinion.

If they could knock 6oz off it and put a reticle in it that isn't pure hot garbage it'd be the perfect hunting scope imo.

Ya I would like a simpler reticle but other than that it seems like a great scope. Still looking for a compact 20 oz scope that tracks accurately and holds zero. Running a nxs 2.5-10 on the rifle now. Just wish it had capped windage.

There's some options in SFP, but little to no hunting focused scopes in ffp.

Agreed. I like the bushnell lrhs reticle with the doughnut of death but I’m old school and shoot moa and they’re currently only in mils. Hard to improve on my 2-10 nxs. Just looking for ffp and capped windage

If the 2.5-14 was ffp It would be perfect scope. I like the reticle better than the tree reticle. I’ve always used 2nd focal plane scopes but have grown to like the ffp scopes for consistent reticle subtension. Just haven’t found a reticle that is perfect for hunting. First world problems

The maven rs1.2 basically is the credo hx 2.5-15 but in ffp.

I wasn’t familiar with the maven. I just listened to forms podcast on optics and read the field eval on the maven 1.2. Few oz heavier than I wanted but looks awesome. Gonna order one and try it out
