Wonderful news. It's time this issue was settled. I can only wonder at what this guy was thinking. Imagine spending that much time and money to not only lose but to ruin every other private landowners' argument against corner crossing. He singlehandedly opened millions of acres of land for hunters to corner cross at will.

Agree but don't underestimate the influence of the prosecutor's voting constituents and financial backers. I'm not convinced the original prosecutor in Carbon county wanted to charge the hunters but she folded to the pressure.

Exactly that is why I posted Montana and Arizona both are in the 9th circuit.
Kansas and Oklahoma are in the 10th circuit but do not have checker boarded land like states farther west do.
