considering a pair of the KUIU Zamberlan boots

I like mine, but really stiff. Good for going up or down the steep stuff, not great for flat-landing- You can get 'em in different colors direct from Zamberlan, too

They are an extremely technical climbing boot, useless in most hunting situations but fantastic on a goat hunt. I do a lot of mountain hunting and this is WAY too much boot for me.

If the Zamberlan is too much boot look at the La Sportiva Karakorum.
