Confirmation on arrow spine thoughts?

I am looking at shooting Victory RIP TKO's this year. I'm planning on running a 50 grain half out insert and and a 125 grain head. (Should be about 15% FOC)

My Bow Specs:
- Hoyt Torrex XT
- 70 lbs draw weight
- 30 inch draw
- 29 inch arrow

The spine chart says to run 300's but I am worried about being under spined. Should I run 250's just to be on the safe side especially since it's an 8.8 gpi vs 8.9?

You’re much better off being slightly too stiff on spine rather than slightly weak. Especially if shooting fixed blade broad heads.

You’re not going to be under with .300s

I was able to get .300 axis with 175 upfront to tune out of an 80# Ventum 33 at 29” without issue.

I only worry in the first place because currently I have some Gold Tip’s in 300 spine that don’t tune with a 125 grain point only a 100. But I also know spines don’t go from brand to brand perfectly
