I was waiting for the answer to be the way FWC were feeding the red wolves on St Vincent's!

They use those for whitetails in Iowa on parent seed and other specialized test plots near high whitetail concentrations.

Yeah, they use them propane canons on sunflower fields to try to keep the blackbirds out of them to and I've also saw them used on some smaller airports to keep the geese away from the runways.
