Oldest kid got a rifle deer tag. I struck out on my archery tag. Oh well, pretty awesome for him to get a 12 point hunt out of the secondary draw as a 12 year old.

Wow, didn't think that was possible as a youth. You must have stuck to the low tag count draws.

Pulled a non antlered tag for 2nd rifle. Should I be worried that it's a very undesirable tag? This will be my first season hunting CO, so I'm mostly just excited to get out there.

As long as it's not GMU 9 you have a good enough chance as anyone

Just remembered some guy came here last year asking about bulls in unit 9 for 1st rifle… I think he turned the tag back in

It has extremely limited access. It's nearly all private
