Colorado Man Mauled by Wolves...

Ok this one is real….. I was playing at an open mic at Lake Tahoe. There were several eyebrow raising acts. One lady read a poem she wrote called
“ Masturbating My Way Across Nevada”. Then a weird old guy with a horrible raspy voice who couldn’t carry a tune in a dump truck sang a Sinatra song acapella. Wearing earphones so he could hear the music, but all we heard was his nasty tuneless voice.

But the capper was this guy who walked on stage in a white karate outfit. He took about twenty minutes to set up two keyboards at right angles, and I thought to myself “ Two keyboards? He must be pretty good.” But when he played it sounded like an elephant just mashing random groups of discordant keys. He wailed and moaned some weird yodeling, not at all in time with the piano mashing. But the best thing was his stage name. Dolphin Heart Chakra.

You can’t make this stuff up.

Warner Herzog (who made the documentary) listened to the audio and told Jewel Pavolak (Grizzly Man's longtime friend who controls/owns the video archives):

"I think you should not keep it, you should destroy it. It should not be sitting on your shelf in your living room all the time, because it will be the white elephant in your room all your life. Truly you must never listen to this, and you must never look at the photos that I've seen at the coroner's office,"

Supposedly she still has it, but stored in a bank vault so she feels separated from it.

Good advice.

The audio (no video) is six minutes of almost uninterrupted screaming, according to reports.

The couple's mangled remains were discovered quickly upon investigation. Treadwell's disfigured head, partial spine and right forearm and hand, with his wristwatch still on, were recovered a short distance from the camp. Huguenard's partial remains were found next to the torn and collapsed tents, partially buried in a mound of twigs and soil. --Wiki

Ok, yeah.... it's been a few years since I seen the documentary, but kinda had that memory, but wasn't sure.

Considering I have family in Portland, been/worked a lot in Seattle. I actually thought this was real. But Rokslide ruined this for me. Thinking a furry actually found out they cant just magically become a animal.

This day is ruined.
