How did you draw two moose tags and a sheep?

By applying? Lol. Not sure I understand the question? They were in different years. Sheep in 2011, bull Moose in 2012 & cow Moose in 2017.

You call still kill some great mule deer in about any unit in Colorado. For me I would much rather draw a tag every other year and have a chance at a big buck every couple tags then wait 10+ for one tag.

Oh ok. I was just surprised because I thought it took a lot of preference points. I’m not too familiar with draws yet. Sounds like you got really lucky though.

Oh, ok gotcha. Actually after applying for three years you can draw moose, sheep or goat at anytime. It’s a weighted points system not a true preference point system like deer, elk , antelope.
