Colorado…….GOING, GOING, GONE???

Cool well thanks for playing/ complaining. I’m from here. There is no retreat. Burn the ships, I’ll stay and fight. Or I guess we could abandon anywhere we lose ground :(. Yes it is a tough situation, yes it’s an uphill fight. But did a law that many thought would be a slam dunk get stone walled 60/40 last year?! Yes!

Lot of guys on here acting like they never packed an elk out of the wilderness, or did anything hard or uncomfortable in their lives. I’m glad you left since you obviously don’t have the heart or spine to stand and fight, hopefully you keep the keys to the moving van just in case some liberals get into power in your new state

Ps I’m young enough that I didn’t have a chance to vote on a lot of the stuff that made Co looney… sounds like you were of voting age for a long time, so did you bury your head in the sand or not take a stand back then when the state was majority red?
I’ll be here also. Never stop fighting.

Proposed ban on sale, barter, trade of wildlife fur in CO. Same folk behind Prop 127 at it again.
Fur ban to be discussed at the up coming March Commission meeting. Links in the attached for public comment.
Down to the exact same individual. Samantha Miller was the campaign director for Cats Aren’t Trophies, the Prop 127 proponent organization. After 127 was defeated she took a new job as the Center for Biological Diversity, local coordinator. She filed the fur ban citizen petition on behalf of CBD. If you attend or watch CPW commission meetings, she is a regular. Another fun fact, she came here from Washington after leading the Washington Wildlife First efforts to end spring bear hunt and pack the wildlife commission with anti-hunting activists.

She also started a new anti-hunting organization called Colorado Wildlife Alliance. Don’t be fooled, they don’t actually care about wildlife. Just want to end hunting and trapping, one species and method of take at a time. Be on the lookout.

Stay vigilant. Show up and be heard. Stand in the breach.
